Insurance Information

In the interest of my freedom to do the work that I find most valuable and not having that work be dictated by insurance mandates, managed care schemes, and the profit motive of insurance companies, I have decided to be completely out of network with all insurance plans.  This way there is absolute privacy, and i can set up a treatment plan for you that is the most evidence-based and appropriate given your symptoms and issues.

If you have an insurance PPO plan, you can still be seen by me as an out-of-network provider through your specific plan out-of-network benefits. These days, health insurance companies are often providing benefits to see out-of-network providers which are as good as the benefits for seeing in-network providers.  Of course, you would be responsible to work with your insurance carrier and provide my superbill for their reimbursement to you.  Please do call or contact me to discuss your insurance situation if you have any questions, as I am happy to try to come to a good, agreed upon plan with you.

Of course, you may choose not to go through insurance at all, which is fine as well. This method ensures your complete privacy and freedom.
